Are your products vegan? 

Our collection is vegan, cruelty free, and does not contain any sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, or mineral oil.

Can children use your products? 

Our formulas are safe for any age, however, we recommend you consult with your child's pediatrician if they are 3 yrs or younger.

Are your products nut free? 

Some of our products contain coconut oil and sweet almond oil. Please see full ingredient list on each product for accuracy.

Is your packaging sustainable? 

We are striving each day to provide the most sustainable options for packaging. At this time, we are using recyclable PET bottles for our packaging and recycled materials for our labels and boxes.

Where are your products manufactured? 

Our products are formulated in the USA. The packaging is manufactured in China.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, JCB, and Diners Club.

How do I track my order? 

Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. The status will be provided according to your preferred notifications.

May I cancel my order? 

We hate to hear you've changed your mind on your order. Please email us at support@eleajayessentials.com within 24 hours to cancel your order.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time, shipping is only available in the United States.

Do you accept returns? 

Please see our return policy here.

What do I do if my order is damaged? 

We apologize for any inconvenience due to a damaged item. Please email a photo along with your order number to support@eleajayessentials.com for a refund or replacement.

What do I do if my order is lost/stolen? 

We are sorry to hear you didn't receive your item. Once the package has been transferred to our shipping partner, we are no longer responsible for the receipt of the order. In the event your item is lost, please file a claim with your carrier, and provide us with the claim number.
