Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Elea Jay Essentials. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please email support@eleajayessentials.com to provide tracking for your return. 

Canceling An Order

You may cancel an order within 24 hours if it has not processed for shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please submit a photo of your damaged or defective order to support@eleajayessentials.com to obtain a refund.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What do I do?

Once an order has shipped, Elea Jay is no longer responsible. Please ensure the correct address is entered at the time of the order. Please contact the carrier with the tracking number to file a claim.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have at least 1-2 business day processing time upon order completion. After processing time, shipping will be completed with your preferred method.

Please allow 3-4 business day turnaround for orders placed during a holiday season or promotion.
